TMEdit is not (or at least should not be) altering the sequencer version info. The format of 1709 created packages is compatible with older formats, and TMEdit should have picked it up from the original package.
While I don't recall the change in SP2+hf4, I guess that was the last important one.
While support by Microsoft on packaging on Windows 10 and running on Windows 7 is unclear (they usually say package on the same version you'll deploy to), my experience is that (with the exception of obvious dependencies) the packages work great.
I've been trying this tool for some time now, and it looks to be all it says
But i have a quick question:
When I use this tool to save AppV files sequenced on 1709 it says the package format is now 5.0 sp2 + hf4.
Is there some good reason for that, and could there be some compatibility issues down the road in future Windows 10 releases?
