analyze not working

analyze not working was created by pmatula
I use windows 10 1703 (build 15063.483) and appv_manage
When I try to analyze a package I got the following error:

"An error occurred during analysis. Possibly a bad package."

The package analyzing works with server 2016 and appv_manage - so maybe a local problem?
I tried to enable the "Debug Log Level" - but no output.
I ran DebugView and get the following output:
[5820] onecoreuap\base\appmodel\execmodel\modern\lifetimemanager\plmdata.cpp(733)\modernexecserver.dll!00007FFE5C6DBE83: (caller: 00007FFE5C6BD0B2) ReturnHr(72) tid(1a14) 8002802B Element not found.

Is there a way to fix this?
