White Paper: Perceived Performance Reloaded

Today I posted a new whitepaper associated with the Perceived Performance presentation I made at BriForum London yesterday.  We had a great session with a diverse eupoean crowd in attendance.I wish I had another name for this than a “white paper”, because most of what we see in white papers today are just blatant product pitches with a technical description. 

HyperV_Mon 1.8 Release

HyperV_Mon updated release

 

HyperV_Mon is my free tool for monitoring and diagnosing performance issues with Hyper-V.

After prompting from a user with a lot more processors then the test systems here, I updated the HyperV_Mon tool to handle resizing in general, and to adjust the root partition processor display.  This new version is a minor release (1.8.0).

HyperV_Mon 1.7 Released

I added an updated version, Version 1.7, of HyperV_Mon today.

HyperV_Mon is a free monitoring tool for use with Microsoft Hyper-V. It provides a graphical display of the main performance indexes for both the VMs and the physical host. This includes CPU, Memory, Paging, as well as File and Network I/O traffic.
