I have not detected the problem you stated. I would suggest using the Update Existing option rather than Add. That wizard path should work for you anyway, and might avoid the problem.

The problem I have experienced has been noted on both Win 10 1803 with 1803 ADK sequencer and also with Win 10 1809 with 1809 ADK sequencer.
If I sequence the application "Nvivo 12" on a clean build, the 750+ registry entries in the installation MSI are correctly captured.
However, if I first load a debug toolset containing a few tools such as regedit, notepad++, QDir, and use the sequencer options to "Add an application" to the existing AppV debug toolset package, the registry entries from the NVivo MSI are not captured at all.
I have checked the sequencer options but there is nothing I have found that disables registry capture, and there is nothing in the exclusions list that would prevent registry capture.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm a relative newbie with just a few months of AppV packaging, but I do have general packaging experience of over 25 years, and many years of packaging with SWV - the Symantec virtualisation tool that made life so much easier than any competitor. Shame it was EOL'd.
