Administration and Advanced Sequencing classes will be run by TMurgent.
This 5-day combined class will provide you with both theory and practical hands-on experience in our training lab.
Prerequisites:
None, however the following are helpful.
- Knowledge and experience with general Microsoft Server Administration.
- Knowledge and experience with SQL Server Administration.
- Experience with other "packaging" techniques helpful.
- Experience with SoftGrid/MAV Administration and Sequencing.
MUST bring your own Noteboook with wired/wireless internet to access labs
Cost:
$3000.00 per participant payable in advance by check, MasterCard, Visa, or American
Express.
Note:
This class is based on Microsoft Application Virtualization version 4.5. App-V 4.6 is anticipated to be in public Beta and participants may choose to work with 4.6 as well during portions of the class.
Participants interested in working on SoftGrid 4.1/4.2 should make their interests known in advance of the class.
If your company is using 4.1/4.2, accommodations can be made to cover differences between versions and to allow you to use
either version in the labs.
Registration:
This course is open to the public with pre-registration.
Class size is limited to only 10 participants. Slots will be filled on a first come,
first served basis (so don't delay!).

Class Schedule:
Classes run from 9am to 5pm daily. Anticipated Morning and Afternoon schedule
is shown below. Friday usually ends early to accomodate flights out.

Hotel Information:
A block of guest rooms will be held at the Best Western Inn at The Peachtrees where the conference will be
held. Rooms are available at
our corporate rate of
$129 plus tax per night (not included with your class registration), but online prices seem better. Hotel reservations
should be made ASAP, as the hotel does not guarantee availability. Free
wireless internet is available within the class. Internet Access is also available
elsewhere in the hotel (there may be a surcharge). The hotel provides
a free hot breakfast buffet in the morning, coffee and
tea throughout the day, and free cocktails after 5. We will also provide lunches as part of the
class. Contact the hotel directly and say you are with the TMurgent/SoftGrid
class.
