Not sure I understand the question, but let's try this.
On the debug packages tab, there is a button to see the virtual files, and another to see the virtual registry. The resulting displays are relative to the system names (I think), and if the app has not been run shows the file/folders that are in the package. If you run the app, then it also shows what changed and was redirected by App-V.
There is nothing in the tool to show any changes made outside of the package boundaries (such as to the Documents folder).

This isn't quite feedback but it is in regards to AppV Manage.
Does AppV manage show the definition of the sequenced entries and how they map into the current {hosted} base registry / file system? My team and I are looking some sort of "spectral map or mapping" for each application - to see how it is "leaching" from the host.
