An updated version of JreBlock.ps1 and the presequence script that covers normal IE presequence needs will be posted to the site sometime after I return home, likely in about a week. I will update this thread when that happens.

The system is caught in a powershell content called JREBLOCK. You can get the device off of my site at www.tmurgent.com under Resources, App-V instruments. There is a blog entry on the webpage that depicts a more seasoned cmd based form of a similar apparatus that will assist you with understanding the ideas.

I took a look at what Patrick did. It looks like there is only the one PS1 file and I think that it should work on either 32 or 64 bit systems. The CMD file referenced is nothing more than:
PowerShell.exe -ExecutionPolicy ByPass C:\...[reference to the ps1 file] $true
for the add script, or with $false for the removal script. You really don't need the cmd files mentioned in the post. I'll update the post when I get a chance. Sorry for the confusion.

:(
The download only contains the 32bit powershell and not the Java_Pre_Sequence_AppV_x64.cmd and the Jave_Install_AppV_x64.cmd and it's that bit I'm after
